Instructions
- Drain bird’s nest.
- Put rock sugar (crushed) into a pot. Add 2 cups of water. Cook over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Strain.
- Pour sirup into steaming pot. Add bird’s nest. Stew over boiling water for 30 minutes. When bird’s nest and syrup cool, add fruit. Serve
