Bird Nest Fruit Cocktail

soaked bird’s nest

rock sugar
Suitable amount
fruit

water
Instructions
Drain bird’s nest.
Put rock sugar (crushed) into a pot. Add 2 cups of water. Cook over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Strain.
Pour sirup into steaming pot. Add bird’s nest. Stew over boiling water for 30 minutes. When bird’s nest and syrup cool, add fruit. Serve
