Instructions
  1. Prepare peppermint leaves. Soak in boiling water for a while. Add 4 cups of water. Cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Rince rock sugar. Cook until rock sugar has dissolved. Put in bird’s nest. Then cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
