Instructions
  1. Siave flour. Add icing sugar and butter into flour gradually. Keep stirring until the mixture become milky. Stir in whisked egg and vanilla essence.
  2. Roll the dough into a thin sheet. Cut the round wrappers with a round cutter. Place into greased tart mould. Press hard. Make small hole with a fork. Add 1 tsp bird’s nest in on each wrapper. Then pour in egg filling.
  3. Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Put the tart on the third compartment. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick. The tart are cooked if there is no egg filling on the toothpick. Serve
