Bird Nest Walnut Longan Porridge

Instructions
  1. Wash rice. Soak in water for 1 hours. Drain.
  2. Put walnut kernel into boiling water and cook for a while. Remove membrane. Deep fry walnut over low heat until slightly golden. Remove. Absorb oil. Cut into smallpieces. Put into a blender. Add rice and 2 cups water. Process until the mixture is smooth. Strain to form walnut puree.
  3. Bring 1 cup of water to the boil.Add crushed rock sugar. Cookover low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Then add walnut puree slowly. Keep strring until the mixture thicken. Then add bird’s nestand cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
