In the Package:

• 100g or 250g big broken orange edible bird’s nest (approximately 10% water moisture)

Recommended Cooking Instructions:

1. soak time = 2-3 hours
2. cook time = 15 minutes

Important note:

• We only supply high quality “House” nests, no cave nests are sold by Premium Nest Australia.
• Our natural bird’s nest is hand-picked without using any chemicals or bleach, so it can’t be 100% clean and will have a small amount of fine hair.
• Each product is vacuum sealed for freshness purposes. During this process, some oxygen is removed from the packaging to preserve the quality. This can cause a sulphur or “eggy” smell when opened which is normal smell for vacuum sealed natural birds nest.
