Dried Golden Orange Bird Nest

Description

Orange bird nest is rare just like the red nest, but in many circles it is even more sought after as they have a finer texture, and their yellow orange color is striking. There was a time these bird nests were only consumed by kings, but now they are widely available.

Grade SS (AA) edible swiftlet bird’s nest is the excellent grade with moderate and smooth shape and put on the market with a reasonable price.

These nests come in different colors, but what they all share in common is being rich in nutrients and minerals. The yellow orange ones in particular are rich in glycoproteins, a mixture of protein and carbohydrates that offer several health benefits. These nests contain six kinds of amino acids: lysine, histidine, cysteine, arginine, humin and amide. The amount of amino acids in the golden nest is at 6%, indicating its richness.

In the Package:

• 100g or 250g golden / orange edible bird’s nest (approximately 10% water moisture)

Recommended Cooking Instructions:

1. soak time = 2-3 hours
2. cook time = 15 minutes

• Our natural bird’s nest is hand-picked without using any chemicals or bleach, so it can’t be 100% clean and will have a small amount of fine hair.
• Each product is vacuum sealed for freshness purposes. During this process, some oxygen is removed from the packaging to preserve the quality. This can cause a sulphur or “eggy” smell when opened which is normal smell for vacuum sealed natural birds nest.
