Instructions
- Clean Gindara fish with saltine water, drip dry.
- Cut or mold the egg tofu. Take out the bird’s nest after 4 hour soaking. Clean and drip dry and then tear into shreads.
- Place the embroidered on top of egg tofu cut. Steam for 8 minutes.
- Quick boil broccoli, put in cold cooked water. Boil some broth, slightly thicken it by thin corn starch past, pour over the embroidered. Serve.
